Hi, my name is Cinda! I am an author and a poet.

I’d like to give you a little bit of my background history to get started with…



I accepted Jesus Christ, the Messiah, as my Lord and Savior in 1983.

I wasn’t quite able to express how I felt in my own words, so I started writing it down on paper. Then, the words started sounding like poetry to my ears. I worked on it as the years went by, with a message from the Scriptures behind it.

From 1986 to 2011, I accumulated a lot of poems before getting my first book published. When I first started writing, I would write for family, friends, and church events.

The Lord gave me a desire to have them published in the earlier years of my life. I asked the Lord, “What shall I call the book?” He answered my prayer by helping me realize that the book was to be called “A Gift of Poems.”

This book shares a message for those who desire to know Christ and encourages those who know Him in poetic form.

After I married my husband, I went to a poetry website called Fellowship of Christian Poets. I wrote several more poems during this time in the book “Obedience Rather Than Sacrifice”; testimonies in it of when I lived with my parents for 5 years and learned to be submissive to them from 31 to 37. It taught me the principles of a godly marriage and how we should submit to our husbands. I have been married to my husband of 34 years, who just passed away in December of 2024.

The desire of my heart in these books is to be able to share the love of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others and for my life to be a witness and testimony to anyone who will listen and how Jesus can turn anyone’s life around for our good and His glory.
