“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” – Ephesians 2:10 (NKJV)

Each morning we wake up is not just another day. It’s another God-given opportunity to live with purpose. For me, that purpose is deeply rooted in sharing the gospel of Christ through poetry and song, letting His light shine through every word, every melody, every conversation, and every act of love.

In today’s fast-paced, often chaotic world, it can be easy to lose sight of what really matters. But God calls us to be set apart, to reflect His love, and to be living examples of what it means to be a Christian—not just in words, but in action.

Sharing the Gospel Through Creativity
God has gifted each of us uniquely. For me, it’s in the rhythm of poetry and the soul of a song. These creative expressions aren’t just artistic, but they are spiritual tools that open hearts, inspire transformation, and invite others into the presence of Jesus. They serve as windows through which God’s truth shines.

Through poetry and music, I’ve seen people weep, heal, rejoice, and reconnect with the Savior they thought had forgotten them. But He hasn’t. He never will.

This is why I write. This is why I sing. Because someone needs to know that Jesus loves them. That He forgives. That He still saves.

Being an Example in a Modern World
Living with purpose also means being the example—not of perfection, but of devotion. A Christian today is someone who helps the hurting, forgives freely, and prays boldly for others to experience God’s presence. Not because we have all the answers, but because we know Who does.

We’re called to live in such a way that our lives point others to Christ—through how we serve, how we speak, how we love. And it all starts with letting the Holy Spirit lead.

The Word and the Spirit—Working as One
The Holy Spirit will never contradict the Word of God. They are always in agreement. God’s Word provides the truth; the Holy Spirit brings it to life. Together, they guide us in helping others, in speaking truth with love, and in standing firm in a world that often bends to compromise.

Through their unity, we are empowered to help those who cannot help themselves—not just physically, but spiritually. Some people are bound by fear, addiction, grief, or shame. But when the Spirit of God moves through His Word, chains are broken and new life begins.

Jesus: Lord and Master of Our Lives
Ultimately, everything I do—whether through writing, singing, or ministering—comes back to one truth:
Jesus is Lord.
He is Master.
He is the reason I live with purpose today.

And if you’re reading this, know this truth: He has a purpose for your life, too. You are not here by accident. You were created to carry His love, His truth, and His light into a dark world.

“Lord, make me an instrument of Your love. Let every word I write and every song I sing open the door to a new life for someone seeking You.”

Let’s live with that kind of purpose—today and every day.
