It’s been a blessing being on this site to share my stories with you and to able to always share with you a Purpose for each of us. God has a plan and a Purpose for each one of us if we continue to listen to the Holy Spirit as Jesus leads us into all truth. Through the scriptures Jesus had to be “Wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove”. He was tempted as we are and He was continually subject to ridicule. Through the Hypocrites and Pharisees with those who tautened Him for the things He stood for with God our Father in Heaven.
He showed mercy to all of us by dying on the cross for us but our hearts are deceitfully wicked so we need His truth and blood to cleanse us from all sin. Sometimes we also need to make a stand in Jesus and not be silent to win the victory.
This week I made a few stands in the Lord and when you do there maybe persecution awaiting for us who are closets to you. My heart was pierced by someone this week and I felt totally wounded. I almost went under if it had not be for Jesus my Redeemer. By His mercy with scripture in mind I did not retaliate and chose to forgive.
Jesus knew He was to be persecuted by unbelievers and those who claimed to be God’s children. Religious people can be cruel. We may face ridicule in this country but it does not even light a candle to what they go through in other countries. We have verbal abuse, over in here in our country, the USA but they are physically persecuted for their faith in Jesus and how they stand for Him.
Yes I was wounded in the battlefield but we are to count it all joy. Because He will bind up our wounds to help us to heal. With this in mind when we stand for Jesus and the truth in His word there is purpose in our life. Such as standing for Christ. We stand, Jesus makes a plan for our lives and then we can rejoice in Him because we count it all joy.

A poem to ponder on…
“Wounded In The Battlefield…Count It All Joy”
There are times that we need to stick to the fight,
And stand up for what is right,
Not what is right in our own eyes,
But from God’s point of view in Jesus Christ.
There are times that we simply need to stand our ground,
No matter how foolish to others it may sound.
There’s other times we need to confront
Those who are out to make fools of us, those who are on the hunt.
In any case…
There is a place
That we can go,
To the One Who loves us so…
When wounded in the battlefield.
Then we know that it is to Him that we must yield.
Jesus said, “That we would be in the world but not of this world,
For it is Jesus Christ Who is our Lord.
There will come a time when you are
wounded in the battlefield,
And in His righteousness on the day of redemption
our spirit in Him will be revealed.
With God’s love He will bind up
your wounds so you can heal,
And the enemy will be defeated
when you are wounded in the battlefield.
“Count it all Joy!”
