It has been several years since I last seen my grandson. I believe all things works out in God’s timing. He never fails us. Sometimes we simply need to be patient to see what God will do. I think the last time I seen him was when he was 18, he is 24 now and I have a great grandson now named Demetrius at 2 years old. I had promised my grandson that if something happened to me I would give him my 2004 Cadillac Deville but I chose to give it to him since I bought my 2016 Cadillac SUV. I don’t need two cars at this time and it was a blessing from the Lord to be able to see Damion and I was blessed by his stay and seeing Demetrius for the first time. Special memories I will cherish always.
My 2004 didn’t pass emissions this time and where my grandson lives you don’t have the test. He was starting a new job the next day selling telephones and came in on Saturday to pick it up. It was the Lord’s plan so, he could get back and forth to work and I shared with him and his fiance the love Jesus has for them while they were here. I took pictures and little videos on my phone to look back on the occasion.
Before Damion left he said, “I’ll see you again soon grandma”. Oh, the joy that filled my heart. Only, Jesus can supply that kind of joy and love for us. He is always on time and and never to late .
Jesus has a purpose for each of us in this life. Praise the Lord!!!
